A good rule of thumb: put your jewelry on last (after makeup, perfume, sunscreen etc.) before you leave home, and take it off first thing when you get home.
- Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any personal body product.
- Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning
- Store your piece in your FOICI pouch or a ziplock bag
- Polish with a chemical-free untreated microfiber cloth (like a sunglass cloth) to keep it looking bright and shiny.
- Deep clean with a non-abrasive cloth using soft liquid soap and lukewarm water. Do not use a brush. Rinse with plain water and gently pat dry.
If you notice a slight tarnishing, buff gently with a polishing cloth. Apply gentle pressure, and don’t over-polish.
