FOICI accepts payments from: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and PayPal.
PayPal - Simply click the PayPal options during the checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account.
PayPal Credit - Use your credit line and enjoy 6 months financing on purchases $99.00+. Click button and fill out application, and get a credit decision in seconds.
Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later, preorder, backorder and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.
Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.
We do not accept prepaid credit cards, Visa/Mastercard gift cards at this time.
In order to ensure that your shopping experience is secure, order and payment transactions online through the FOICI checkout page are processed using a secure server. All of your browsing and shopping data remains private.
To check the status of your order, please login to your FOICI account and click the link on you order to track the progress.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information and status of your order (shipped, out on delivery, delivered).
If you provided the correct email address for your purchase, status updates regarding your order will be sent to your email.
If you have not received these emails, please note that order confirmation emails may be caught in a spam or deleted folder. These emails usually do not appear in general email searches and may only appear when specifically searching your spam or deleted emails folders.
We recommend searching these additional email sections with your order number to see if your emails may be in these folders. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.
Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped.
In the event the item you want is out of stock, you can click "BUY NOW" to purchase item on backorder. Your item will ship when the stock is replenished.
A pre-order item is a product that is not yet available for sale, but can be purchased in advance.
Pre-ordered products are often released in limited quantities, so preordering can also be a way to secure a product that may sell out quickly.
You are charged for the preorder product at the time of purchase. Preordering a product ensures that you will receive the product as soon as it becomes available. The product will be shipped on stock availability.
You can purchase the pre-order item just like any other item in your store. You can buy multiple units of an item. However, it is important to note that the pre-order item can only be purchased separately (on its own order) and cannot be combined with additional items on the same order.
You can view the pre-order items that you purchased in your account. After placing an order for the Pre-Order item, log into your My Account section and view pre-ordered items.

We apologize for any inconvenience if you requested the wrong size and or/metal (i.e. silver/gold).
You will need to place a new order and send your current order by certified mail within 7 days from the day of purchase to replace it. Make sure you send us email with records of shipping.
Any difference in cost will be charged as a 2nd purchase.

In-stock items can be canceled as long as the item has not been dispatched.
Please note that we cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted.
Processed orders may not be canceled or modified; you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
To give you the ultimate confidence in your purchase, you've got up to 30 days to try your new item in your home, in front of your mirror while wearing your favorite outfit. If it is not right? Returns can be made on all full-priced items for a refund or exchange.
Our 30-day policy applies. Refunds or exchanges are not available after 30 days from purchase.
Exclusions

* Clearance items are final sale, and can not be exchanged or returned.
* Items marked down 30% or more are considered clearance.
* Items purchased on Black Friday between Nov 24-28th are final sales. No returns, but exchange is accepted.
* Made-to-order items or jewelry altered to a customer request
* An exchanged item or an item purchased on store credit is not eligible for return/refund or exchange.
A few things to note:
** FOICI will not refund the original postage costs in any case including shipping delay that is beyond our control.
** The customer is responsible for ensuring that jewelry pieces are properly wrapped and are returned in good condition.
** Product damage during transit due to improper packaging voids the return and exchange.
** Items purchased on Black Friday (22-23th Nov) and Cyber Monday Sales Event are subject to a $5 return restocking fee per order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be intact and sent back in its original packaging.
Any order returned without a jewelry box, nor in its original condition is subject to a $20 restocking fee.

Request a return/exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by initiating your RMA (return merchandise authorization)
Item(s) are to be sent back to FOICI via a reputable postage service with tracking as FOICI is not liable for any lost returned items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
All item(s) assessed by FOICI before your return is approved and an exchange or refund is processed.
Make sure to check our return policy to see if your item is eligible for a return!
Steps to return an item:
1. Login into your account on the FOICI website in the 'My Account' section.
2. In the "Track Your Recent Orders" section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
3. Once in the order, click on the "Add New RMA" button.
4. Choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section.
5. In the Order Return Options section, choose the Reason and Method for the return.
6. Finally, add comments (optional) in the "Comments" section. Once done, click Save RMA and an email will be sent to both to you and the FOICI return team.
Shipping
Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays
Standard delivery: Complimentary Fedex shipping with all online FOICI orders.
Estimated delivery within 3-7 days when product is ready to ship
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Please also check your spam email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.
Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.

At this time, FOICI can only accept delivery addresses within the United States of America. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.

Pre-Order and Backorder items can take 6 to 8 weeks because the pieces are handcrafted.
